With over 50 million web sites in cyberspace, not all of them can be works of art or useability champions. And while it is true that not all sites need to be Mona Lisas, some of these sites come straight from the Land that Design Forgot. If they'd hired a designer instead of a designosaur, they might have avoided blinking text, 3D rotating logos, frames, clip art etc. Perhaps they should have called Balance Interactive, for instance.
