Michael has been involved in web site design and strategy since 1995. With a background in corporate communications, computer aided design, art, useability studies and production management he is ideally suited to the field of digital media.
Michael has developed a substantial number of web site projects - over 60 at Balance and as many prior to his involvement at Balance. These sites have included every kind of site from highly complex database driven sites to small corporate sites.
His skills include internet strategy, project management, content production, design, navigation, useability and communication architecture.

Luba has a wide experience of graphic design after ten years in film, TV, multimedia, advertising and events and brings to Balance a varied palette of skills and a breadth of talent to match. She is equally at home designing a website, a corporate ID or a new logo and can switch from one to the other with consummate ease. Thought plays as big a role in the solutions to design problems as anything else and Luba excels here.
Always thoughtful and considerate of the designers under her charge, our art director ensures that they all produce top quality work all the time and that everything we design makes no compromise on quality or usability.

Aisha is responsible for expanding the marketing solutions business to meet the evolving needs of our clients. She specialises in tailoring integrated marketing solutions for our clients' on and offline needs, ensuring they receive effective and forward thinking solutions to drive business success.
Aisha began her online career at BMC Media as account executive after working in the traditional world of print publishing at Universal International for 3 years. She was drawn to digital and interactive marketing through the boundless opportunities that exist that are innovative and yet accountable on the net. She complements the Balance team with her strong interpersonal skills, online marketing experience and stratgeic thinking.

Emma's skills and most importantly, her ability to adapt to anything have allowed her to develop the knowledge and skill set to stay at the forefront of this dynamic industry.
Emma has the intelligence to understand that knowing how a web site works technically will make her a better website designer. Understanding the problems the coders have in constructing a site allows her to design something that can be turned into a fully functional site much faster and with greater fidelity to the original design concept.
Steven Hill

Steven has worked in the information sector for the last 12 years and has been designing and building websites and CD-Roms for the last 4 years. Three years ago he established a successful multimedia production company - Hill Productions. He now brings this wealth of knowledge into Balance. His background includes technical writing, training, Internet, multimedia and video production as well as project management, business analysis and business development. Finally, a business development manager who knows what he is talking about.

Charlie brings with him a broad international business experience, and a sense of humour. He will drive the development process and coordinate with your team's point of contact. Charlie believes Balance is serious and dedicated about project management because we are as anxious as you to see your benefits materialize. we utilize schedules and checkpoints - two fundamentals that stand between vision and reality. careful attention to detail, exact allocation of resources, process tracking and preparation of project deliverables are essential and will ensure that our clients requirements are met.
