That sounds simple, but of course it isn't...though that is what we did. Our Solution It wasn't simple because there are always complications and this job's complication was the need to please a committee that represented all their various state head offices and an affiliate in New Zealand. This required numerous redesigns, many meetings and even what ended up being a counselling session to assist them to agree among themselves. We stuck with them, cajoled, advised and explained well beyond the call of duty, but in the end it was worthwhile as Hayes Knight now have a fantastic looking site which does everything they required.
