The Brief Hays Personnel Services is one of Australia's leading recruitment agencies, a worldwide organisation, with a serious commitment to the internet. The wanted a site that offered their users something mre tha just a list of jobs available - something that would serve a real purpose. Our Solution The resulting site has several features that make it stand out amongst recruitement agents' sites. All users can customise the site to reflect their particular interests. The can arrange to be emailed suitable jobs on a daily basis, as the site collates data from all Hays offices around Australia every evening. There is plenty of good advice on getting a job, extensive help for Australians travelling to London (Hays headquarters) and easy access to your representative at Hays. Large employers can post and edit their own jobs, view suitable candidates. This site is fully maintained in-house by Hays using a browser based plain English interface built by Balance to provide them with total control over every aspect of their site. We also built the tools which collate the data from all offices and which perform all the behibnd the scenes emailing of jobs and posting of applications to be fully configurable.
