The internet was new to them and they were not sure of its potential value, so it was a small affair, simply designed. They came back a while later ready to progress to stage two. Our Solution Balance redesigned the site, improving the layout to cope with a large increase in content, interactive forms, subscription and other material. As well, the site has taken on an ad, been used for special offers, promos etc. It has become part of their advertising and marketing mix. It is frequently updated through a maintenance agreement, although we are now planning to introduce content management tools to take care of that.
