Balance won the tender process by presenting a colourful site design and a thorough understanding of the job. Our Solution A particular feature of this site was the number of direct and indirect stakeholders involved - the state government body, the federal office, any number of small special interest groups and a large number of white good manufacturers, all with varying degrees of interest and power. Balance managed to steer a successful course through all of this, producing a site that satisfies all stakeholders and meets all the requirements of the brief - including strict adherence to government mandated usability guidelines.
