The Brief Norwest came to Balance with a rather disfunctional site which had been left behind as the requirements for the site had changed as Norwest's business grew. The site was unable to keep up and needed some serious surgery. Our Solution Rethinking the way the site flowed so that it suited the purpose of the business was our first move. Once we were sure we understood who the site was aimed at and what those targets would expect from the site, we presented a plan to Norwest and then built the site to fit that plan. Norwest now have a site that funnels the correct people to the correct place and greatly assists Norwset in their marketing plans.
