A new website that could be used to both promote their seminars as well as serve as another outlet for the sale of their books. Our Solution They needed a more sophisticated design with improved architecture and functionality to cater and appeal to their more educated target market. The new site emphasises The Written Word's evolution from only supplying books to including mental health seminars and workshops. Balance is managing the ongoing maintenance for The Written Word's site are currently upgrading the entire bookshop system. As several different product lines are being added into the system we have needed to adapt the site to give due emphasis to the new features and are taking this opportunity to make it possible for Written Word staff members to maintain the site through a browser based interface.
