BalanceStrategy® is a workshop brainstorm process which identifies all aspects of a project, and then documents all the elements so all parties have a crystal clear understanding of what's involved.

Building a website is much the same as building a house, and the approach should be the same.

You don't build a house without a detailed plan, so the first step is the architect who specifies exactly the layout of the home.

Only when this is understood by both the home owner and the home builder, does the design and development of the home commence.

At Balance Interactive, we place a strong emphasis on the BalanceStrategy® process to identify  the business and site architectural requirements, which will ensure the right result at the right budget for your vision.

If your agency doesn't undertake this process, you need to seriously question their ability to deliver the right vision.

Balance.IA

Balance.IA is a documentation process which follows on naturally from the Balance.Strategy workshop process. 

Balance.IA stands for "Information Architecture", which is the mapping and detailing of the layout and structure of every page of the proposed site, broken into phases.

Much like an Architect would create drafts and revisions for the blueprint of a new building project, the Balance.IA documentation - through a client consultation process - evolves over time until a final version (vision) is created.

It is this final version (vision) which the Production Team and Balance Interactive execute on, and provides all parties with detailed project scope and deliverables.
